A few days after Peanut Prep, the Central Nuts finally got on the road and Chicago was our first stop. I rode on a train for the first time ever. We stayed at a hotel outside of Chicago in Schiller Park. We were also very happy that we were able to reunite with two Hotdoggers on our first market: Nick and Sofia!
On our first off day, we decided to hit very tourist-y locations such as Cloud Gate (AKA The Bean).
Jac took us to my first ever rooftop bar, Cindy's. I was able to get cool pics of Millennium Park and Lake Michigan.
While exploring Millennium Park I saw a girl in a Quinceanera dress. It made me smile. It was nice seeing a little piece of my culture after a few weeks.
